The Project
This new family home invited a modern spin on the traditional Hamptons style home. Avenue One have designed large raked roofs for the first floor to maximise the passage of natural light and oceans breezes whilst emphasising the Hamptons design.
A selection of natural and recycled elements—like locally sourced recycled bricks, timbers and natural stone—were used throughout the build, to help soften the new three storey building and help it blend in
with the surrounding streetscape.
The interiors designed by Kritzler Link Design features french oak flooring paired with american oak veneer and concrete benchtops.
